I made an appointment for 1pm to get my gains set. That should at most take 10 minutes is what you’d think. I got there on time and sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before they decided maybe they should begin. Within those fourth minutes they helped one other person and were deciding what they should eat for the day… one of them was talking about taking a nude picture of himself and sending it to his friend out loud in the lobby. Super uncomfortable and unprofessional. After all this mess my car was still just sitting there and they never actually began the simple tune up so I just left because that was ridiculous. Never recommend this place for anyone.

Going to get a radio fixed in my toyota truck. They ended up taking and not only fixing my factory radio but they upgraded my system with two woofers under the back seat they sit in nice and flush they slam and it sounds amazing. I have not been this happy with a stereo since I had one at home in high school this thing rocks. I didn't know places like this still existed they've been there for years and they have very knowledgeable staff

I have mixed experiences with this company. In August of 2025, they replaced my cars stereo smoothly, from what I can remember there were no hiccups and great customer service. Well, it broke again in March. This is where things get a bit finnicky.. They weren't amazing at returning my calls, but I can't blame them since they were always packed with customers. So communication was difficult, and after coming in a second time they told me it would be basically impossible to replace my stereo since it was both a cd and cassette player but they would still try to find me a replacement. After about a month and a half of waiting on a call back, I decided to go with someone else who charged about half of what they charged me for the first replacement, and the new guys also bought me and installed a new dash for me, since it had broken when they pulled the stereo out (it was cracked from when radioactive pulled it out, but these guys did alot more damage to it) so the price they charged me included both a new stereo and a new dash, and the whole thing took about a week compared to the almost 2 months it took for radioactive to get to me. So glad I chose to come here! Quick installation, great prices, and they were very knowledgeable about their products. The gentleman who helped me took the time to go through the settings with me and was very kind, even with me coming in at the end of his work day. Everyone was very friendly. I will absolutely be coming back when I am ready to get some new speakers ☺️

Needed a stereo in my Ford F150 these guys were the best price in town. They were amazing came out of my truck looked at it gave me all the possible options for CarPlay Android auto navigation navigation apps and everything else. This is so cool that I can take and now have a stereo that works since my Ford stereo went. They answered every question that I had that I needed to get my install done. Got it done the same day and then my vehicle sounds amazing. I can’t wait to go back and get some baseboard in my vehicle. Oh yeah.
